How It Works
Ready Helper™ is a service in which our support agents receive live incoming calls for help on a toll free support line and walk the caller through connecting to a website where our “remote PC control client” can be downloaded. Once the remote control program is downloaded it installs itself and the ACA support agent walks the caller through connecting to the Support agent’s PC. At this time the answering support agent is talking with the live caller and has taken over control of the caller’s PC.
